Welcome - a holistic approach to horse welfare and performance

Hello and welcome to my website.

I'm delighted to have a space where I can share my passion for horses, their wellbeing, and the work I do to help them thrive both physically and mentally.

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the connection between horse and human. Throughout my journey, I've learned that successful partnerships are built on much more than riding alone. True progress comes from understanding the whole horse - their comfort, movement, behaviour, confidence, and individual needs.

This philosophy forms the foundation of my work.

Through saddle fitting, equine rehabilitation, groundwork, long reining, and behaviour support, I aim tp help horses move more freely, develop confidence, achieve lasting welbeing. Whether a horse is returning from injury, struggling with discomfort, displaying behavioural challenges, or simply needing a stronger foundation, every horse deserves a thoughtful and individual approach.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working with horses is seeing the transformation that can occur when we listen to what they are telling us. Behaviour is often communication. Resistance can be a sign of discomfort. Lack of confidence can affect performance. By taking the time to assess the bigger picture, we can often uncover solutions that create positive and lasting change.

This blog will be a place where I'll share insights, practical advice, case studies, training tips, and observations from my work. My goal is to provide useful information that helps horse owners better understand their horses and supports them in building stronger, healthier partnerships.

Thank you for visiting and being a part of this journey. I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with you, and I hope you'll find something here that inspires, informs, or helps you and your horse along the way.

Here's to happy, healthy horses and the partnerships that make it all worthwhile.

Thea :)
